These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getrevamphq.com and the services provided by Get reVAmp HQ. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Get reVAmp HQ provides business services including executive assistance, operations management, marketing, branding, web development, AI automation, and consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual proposals or service agreements.
2. Payments
Subscription plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Project work is billed per the applicable proposal. Late payments may result in paused services. Except where stated otherwise in your proposal, fees are non-refundable.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, feedback, and materials reasonably required to deliver the services, and to ensure you have rights to any content you supply.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are assigned to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and know-how, and may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Monthly plans may be cancelled effective at the end of the current billing period. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after 14 days' written notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
